PROCEDURE FOR THE REQUEST OF THE FERI OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO

To all Shippers (importers), shipowners, freight forwarders and other consignees of ships, since 18 June 2019 OGEFREM (Office de Gestion du Fret Multimodal) has appointed  K-POLYGONE to become its representative in the North America, South America, Russia, New Zealand, Central Africa, West Africa, North Africa , (Eas Africa  except Kenya),  Zambia and Tanzania to issue  FERI (Fiche Electronique de Renseignement à l’Importation). Any imported cargo to the Democratic Republic of Congo, as the final destination, must be covered by a FERI. The FERI requests will be gathered by the international agent of the OGEFREM. Email the completed FERI CERTIFICATE APPLICATION FORM to your local agent with the below documents:

1. BILL OF LADING
2. COMMERCIAL INVOICE
3. CARGO MANIFEST

Make sure all documents are clear and legible and our agent will contact you with the DRAFT FERI CERTIFICATE for you to proof, on confirmation and receipt of full payment we will issue the FERI CERTIFICATE.
