Shippers (importers), shipowners, freight forwarders and other consignees of ships that since 18 June 2019 OGEFREM (Office de Gestion du Fret Multimodal) has appointed K-POLYGONE, who accepts, to become its mandatory in the North America, South America, Russia, New Zealand, Central Africa, West Africa, North Africa, (East Africa except Kenya); Zambia and Tanzania to issue for any imported cargo to the Democratic Republic of Congo, wherever the final destination is, must be covered by a FERI (Fiche Electronique de Renseignement à l’Importation)

Transport companies must ensure that shippers and freight forwarders have completed all formalities related to the FERI fees; K-POLYGONE is duly entitled to monitor compliance with the procedure at loading ports overseas, for the discharge Democratic Republic of Congo..
DECISION N° 001- CARRYING " FERI- AD - FERE TARIFF GRID "
In view of The Law no. 008/007 of 07 July 2008 on general provisions applicable to public institutions;
In view of Decree 009/63 of 03 December 2009 setting out the statutes of a public institution called the Multimodal Freight Management Office in abbreviated "OGEFREM" specifically in Article 10,
Considering the need to implement Article 19 of the Interministerial Order N0008/CAB/VPM/MIN/TC/2019, N0002/CAB/MIN/ECONAT/JKN/2019, N063/CAB/MIN. ETAT/COMEXT/2019 and NOOOI/CAB/MW/FINANCES/2019 from 22 January 2019, mandatory subscription of the electronic import information sheet, destination certificate and electronic export information sheet; as seen in Interministerial Order 035/CAB/MW/FWANCES/2016 and 0 005/CAB/MIN.COM/2016 of March 23, 2016, which includes the Harmonized Procedures Manual applicable to the Single Trade Box Outdoors;
Considering the letter of His Excellency Prime Minister NOCAB/PM/SECPM/tg/2019/0733 of 06 May 2019, relating to the execution of the instructions of the Head of State on the taking of all necessary measures to strengthen the compulsory subscription of cover documents that are part of the documentary bundle due during customs clearance operations including the FERD.
